Gitablogsport.com - The League, a dating app designed for passionate, career-focused people, today announced the launch of its new feature "GoalMate," which allows users to share their goals on their profiles and match with like-minded people.

This is the first feature The League has launched since being acquired by Match Group last year.
The League gives users the choice of up to 10 goals to display on their profile.
The feature will eventually allow users to type in their own goals, Amanda Bradford, founder and CEO of The League, told TechCrunch.
The dating app's algorithm will place couples who share the same ambitions at the top of the like/dislike pile.
According to a recent survey conducted by The League, 98% of singles report that they feel passionate when someone is passionate about their goals.
The company also found that many relationships fail because one party is more ambitious than the other.
"The number one predictor of success in a long-term relationship is not whether they are hot like you, whether they are taller than you or whether they are in the same location as you," Bradford told us. "If your mutual goals are aligned and you want to grow and develop as people in the same way, it's a much higher chance that the relationship is successful."
